About MeltingFace
Mission: To help companies put agents on the repeatable work without giving up control of it. Practical work, not policy decks.
A person decides what ships. Agents do the repeatable work, and you keep the goals, the brand, and the spend. Nothing publishes or replies until a person approves it, and no agent spends money at all.
You keep the calls. Agents do the grind.
Why “agentic-first”?
We say agentic-first. You'll sometimes see “agent-first.” It means the same thing, and it doesn't mean an unsupervised swarm. It means:
- People own the goals, the brand, the legal identity, and the spend
- Specialist agents each own a well-scoped piece: research, engineering, review, writing, or ops
- Orchestration hands out the work, one focused job at a time, so the GPU and people's attention don't get overloaded
- Company memory (RAG, brand kits, issue graphs) keeps agents on the facts
The useful split is simple: agents do the repeatable work, and a person still decides what is good enough to ship.
Who this is for
- Brand and content teams that need a person to decide what ships
- Leaders who keep the goals, the brand, and the spend while agents do the repeatable work
- Engineering leads who want one scoped job at a time, not a swarm
- Operations teams that need a person in the loop before anything is live
- Researchers who care whether the work got better, not only whether a demo sounded fluent
How we hold the line
- Technical Excellence — Precise language. Earn trust through accuracy. No hype without evidence.
- Human-Centered AI — Define jargon on first use. Write for a smart non-specialist.
- Transparency — Say what is live vs preview. Call out dry-run explicitly.
- Open Source Philosophy — Share the method. Process should be learnable from the output.
What we won't sell you
- Anything that publishes without review
- Automatic replies to messages or mentions
- Agents that buy ads or spend real money
- Percentage ROI numbers without Board-verified evidence
How content is governed
Every piece of content has a status, and everyone uses the same status words. Only approved pages go into the site build. Live channels stay off until the Board turns them on. Agents can't make up company details. Those are set by the Board in the facts pack.
